Amanda Shear is an attorney in both the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale offices of Katz Barron, where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. She represents developers, purchasers and sellers in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions and development. She has experience in the creation, development and operation of condominiums.
Prior to joining Katz Barron, she was an associate in the Miami office of an Am Law 200 Florida-based law firm and prior to that was an associate with a law firm in Montreal, Canada. Prior to her experience in Montreal, Amanda worked in New York.
