Brandon G. Chuck is an associate at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. He focuses his practice on commercial transactions and contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and taxation. Prior to joining Katz Barron, Mr. Chuck received a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate taxation, partnership taxation and private equity financing.
