Justin Paul is an associate at Katz Barron practicing primarily in the areas of business and construction law and litigation. Justin represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and material suppliers in all aspects of construction law. Justin is experienced in representing clients in contract formation as well as litigation involving construction defects, delays and contract disputes.
Justin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Justin earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, he was an Article Selection Editor on the Florida State University Journal of Transnational Law & Policy.
Prior to joining Katz Barron, Justin focused his practice on construction and creditors’ rights litigation. With respect to his creditor’s rights experience, Justin has successfully prosecuted mortgage foreclosure actions as well as defended creditors in TILA, RESPA and bankruptcy adversary proceedings.
