Katz Barron Squitero Faust’s Ellen Rose represented the sellers in a $370,000,000 sale of a parcel of property on  Lincoln Road. The parcel included leases to Apple, Gap and Nike, and Ellen also represented the Sellers in the negotiations of those leases.
