Adam Schucher

Adam Schucher leads the firm’s Estates and Trusts Group out of the Miami office.  With more than 20 years of experience in the trusts and estates arena, Adam guides his clients through the myriad legal issues in this area of law.  Over the course of his career, Adam has practiced his craft at large national law firms and in small boutique practices, counseling clients of all shapes and sizes.  Whether it’s estate planning for the ultra-high net worth family or for the client who just wants to be sure that his or her assets go to the appropriate beneficiary, Adam has the requisite experience to assist his clients.  And when the inevitable comes to pass, Adam can guide fiduciaries and beneficiaries alike through the estate and trust administration process.
